Utility bills are mailed on the first day, and due by the thirtieth day of each month.

Autopay (ACH) Utility Bill Payment
ACH payment is available for City water and sewer utility bills.

  • Download the ACH payment form here.
  • Copies of household utility bills automatically deducted from checking or savings accounts will still be emailed to the email provided on the ACH payment form.
  • There is not a 3% fee for this service.
  • This program is only available for utility payments, not tax payments.

Credit Card Payment
Customers can now pay utility bills and property taxes by credit card by clicking here. The credit card processor charges an additional 3% fee of this service.

In Person
As always, property tax and utility payments can be paid in person at City Hall. For your convenience, the City of Evart has two payment drop boxes located at City Hall in the breezeway and at Cant Hook Park. You may use these Drop Boxes during after hour periods and weekends to drop off your tax, utility bill, or miscellaneous payments. Please include your return address with the payment.  Postmarks are NOT accepted as the payment date for tax payments.
