Department of Public Works The DPW provides a quality environment for the City of Evart and ensures that the City’s roadways, parks and facilities are safe, clean and attractive, in an effort to maintain the City’s infrastructure. The DPW is also repsonsible for the operation and maintenance of the treatment plant, pumps, water towers and lift stations throughout the City, as well as the monthly reading of water meters and turn-on/turn-off services for local residents and businesses.
