Industrial Development
Industrial Development for the City of Evart is handled by the Evart LDFA, or Local Development Finance Authority.

5814 100th Ave. Evart, MI 49631-0668. The LDFA office is located at the new Airport Terminal building at the end of 100th Ave. on the west end of the runway.
LDFA meetings take place at 5814 100th Ave. at 7:30am on the second Wednesday of each month.
