The City of Evart Industrial Park

The industrial park is bisected by the Evart Municipal Airport runway. Total reconstruction of the airport runway in the fall of 1998 has provided a 75 foot by 3800 foot lighted runway for business and industrial users. The adjacent industrial park has been designed to permit direct access to airplanes for loading and unloading at most industrial park lots without the need to load into a truck prior to delivery to the aircraft for transport.

All sites are level and clear. The Evart Air Industrial Park has easy access to US-10, an all weather major Michigan transportation route with less than fifteen minute access to freeways serving Detroit, Grand Rapids, Chicago, Traverse City and Northern Michigan.

Utilities available in the Evart Air Industrial Park include Ameritech Telephone Service, Consumer’s Energy, and MichCon Gas. Sanitary sewer, water and storm sewer services are provided to each lot in the Industrial Park. The Industrial Park is zoned General Industrial by the City.
